Yes, all retailers need to read and understand the My Rewards 2022 Terms and Conditions before joining.
When you complete the online registration form, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy applicable to the My Rewards 2022 website.

My Rewards 2022 officially starts on 1 January 2022 and will run until 31 December, 2022.
As long as you pay for December invoices by 31st January, 2023, they will be included in the My Rewards 2022 rewards calculations.
My Rewards 2022 launched early in April. Before the end of April, retailers can choose to backdate their target and sales to the 1 January, 2022 by contacting the My Rewards team.
If you choose not to backdate your sales, your target and sales towards target will be calculated from the first day of the month that you join.
The My Rewards scheme is only open to Lifestyle Floors Retailers who own and display at least one paid-for Lifestyle Floors point of sale display in their retail premises.
To register you will need a valid email address, a mobile or landline number and the unique code that has been emailed to you.
If you are a retailer acting as an individual or a partnership, you must be 18 years of age or over and a UK resident for the entire period for which you are a member of the scheme.
If a retailer is a limited company, or another entity with a separate legal identity, the Nominated User must be aged 18 or over. By completing the online registration form you confirm that he or she is the nominated user of the scheme member, has the authority to bind the scheme member on whose behalf the nominated user completes the online registration (i.e. the account holder); and has made the scheme member aware of the scheme and has its consent to enter into the scheme on its behalf.
You will only be able to register once, and we will combine the sales of Lifestyle Floors qualifying product from your stores.
All current Lifestyle Floors members are sent a unique code via an invite email.
Members and nominated users must register online at www.my-lifestyle-rewards.co.uk using their company postcode and the unique code shown on the initial invite email we have sent.
New retailers should be automatically sent an email invitation once they have had their point of sale displays installed.

After you register, we will set up a unique dashboard for your business which will show your:
- Date of registration
- Sales target
- Sales towards target

You will be given a sales target when you sign up for My Rewards 2022. This target is based on your pro-rata 2021 sales of qualifying Lifestyle Floors products and is calculated for the remainder of 2022 on a pro-rata basis.
Sales of qualifying Lifestyle Floors products from the first day of the month that you join the scheme will count towards your sales target, regardless of when in the month you join the scheme. For example, if a retailer joins on the 15 October, sales from 1 October will count towards their sales target.
If you are a new retailer to Lifestyle Floors, or had no Lifestyle Floors sales in 2021 a £3,000 annual target will be applied and pro-rated based on your month of registration.
Once you achieve your sales target in 2022 you will unlock your rewards, which can be exchanged in the rewards store for physical and digital gift cards, inclusive of the My Reward 2020 scheme card.
The sales target and rewards matrix for My Rewards 2022 is as follows:

* The Lifestyle Floors retailer's actual qualifying spend in 2021 will be determined by Lifestyle Floors in accordance with clauses 4.2 and 4.3 of the terms and conditions.
For example, if a scheme member's 2021 Lifestyle Floors sales in the target period were a total of £5,000, then that member will have a 2021 Lifestyle Floors sales target of £7,500 (50% growth). If the member spends £20,000 on qualifying Lifestyle Floors products in 2022 during the target period, the member will earn a 5% reward on £15,000 = £750 reward.
A member HAS to achieve their sales target before ANY rewards are unlocked.
Sales targets for 2022 will be communicated once you have registered. The sales targets given by Lifestyle Floors are final and Lifestyle Floors will not enter into any communication regarding sales targets.
If you weren’t a Lifestyle Floors retailer in 2021 i.e. did not own or display in your premises at least one paid-for Lifestyle Floors display, a £3,000 annual target will be applied and pro-rated based on your month of registration.
If you had no Lifestyle Floors sales in 2021, a £3,000 annual target will be applied and pro-rated based on your month of registration.
Qualifying spend means sales that qualify as counting towards your My Rewards 2022 sales target.
Qualifying spend includes qualifying products from the Lifestyle Floors price list.
Qualifying spend excludes:
• Credits or returns (these will appear on your dashboard as a minus figure)
• 2.5% settlement discount regardless of whether or not you have taken advantage of this discount
• Remnant sales
• Value added or other sales tax
2022 invoices will only count towards your 2022 sales target if they are paid before 31st January 2023.
We reserve the right to add or remove rewards within a scheme member’s account if a discrepancy is found.
Your purchases will only appear on your dashboard once an invoice has been paid.
The 2.5% settlement discount is always taken off the value of your invoice regardless of whether or not you have taken advantage of this discount by paying within your payment terms.
Credits and returns will also be deducted off your balance.
Rewards accumulate during the year, and are only downloaded once a quarter into your My Rewards account once they have been validated. Validation will take place within one month of the end of each quarter, apart from the fourth quarter, where validation will take place by the end of April, 2022.
When made available, your rewards balance can only be exchanged for Love2hop gift cards and Love2shop digital codes in the My Rewards catalogue online at my-lifestyle-rewards.co.uk
Q4 rewards earned will be paid no later than 30th April 2023.
If you no longer have Lifestyle Floors displays, you will forfeit your rights to any My Rewards values that have not been downloaded to your My Rewards account.
You can choose to leave the scheme at any time; however, you will forfeit your rights to any My Rewards values that have not been downloaded to your My Rewards account.
Your My Rewards values may be subject to tax and/or National Insurance or other government charges/taxes. You are fully responsible for identifying and paying any such costs.
